The Iowa Organization of Women Attorneys (I.O.W.A.) promotes diversity within the Iowa legal community, as well as advocating for changes that benefit woman attorneys, judges, and women in law related careers.

I.O.W.A. is for:

• law students and undergraduate students considering options in the legal field
• licensed Iowa attorneys
• Judges
• Law school graduates who did not take the bar exam but are engaged in law related careers

I.O.W.A. provides an excellent opportunity to network with other lawyers throughout the state and have an impact on issues affecting women and the legal profession.
